EKOGA is well represented in Topeka

Tom Palace, Executive Director and Lobbyist

On behalf of the PMCA Servco staff, thank you for giving us the opportunity to manage your association, EKOGA.  We are excited and ready to get started as a partner with the EKOGA membership.  My name is Tom Palace and I am the Executive Vice President of PMCA Servco, an association management firm and I am thrilled we have been given the opportunity to work with EKOGA.  We bring 22 plus years of association management to EKOGA and we are ready and willing to assist the membership to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Increasingly, associations must operate much like a for-profit business. To cater to this segment, association management companies are able to serve organizations as a single source provider fulfilling multiple objectives. The result is a customized, high-quality and low-cost solution that will compliment your association’s goals.

PMCA Servco brings a different approach to EKOGA with our team of professionals ready to assist with meeting planning, record keeping, accounting, lobbying and general management of the association.  We will carry out the policy and procedures set forth by EKOGA’s board directors and will assist the committee process providing input when needed and support staff as directed by the committee chairs.

Some information about PMCA Servco: the company was founded in 1992 and provides association management for the Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association of Kansas (PMCA of KS).  We have a dedicated staff of seven (7) people that are only a phone call away to assist EKOGA members.  Our office is located at 115 SE 7th Street in Topeka just a few blocks from the State Capitol.  If you are in Topeka, we urge you to stop in for a cup of coffee and some friendly chatter.  Also, if you are in Topeka and need a place to conduct business we have a conference room as well as several vacant offices that you may use if needed.
